More about CSN Nashville and CSN International:

Chick Singer Night (CSN), the country's original and longest-running national songfest for female artists, celebrates ten years of showcases in Nashville with bi-monthly concerts at 9:00 p.m. on a Thursday at the renowned Bluebird Cafe. The shows will feature returning performers such as Christy McDonald (Curb Records recording artist) and Kirsti Manna (writer of Blake Shelton's "Austin"), as well as newcomers Mia Rose, Brian Fisk, Willie Ames, Taylor Wagner, and more.

CSN is a non-profit organization that promotes women in music by providing a house band and a venue for new and established artists to perform in. CSN's directors donate their services in hopes of raising the musical bar for "chick singers" everywhere. "Chick Singer Night offers women the opportunity to experience and expand their musical potential," CSN Founder and Executive Director Lori Maier said. "We encourage women to make music, share that music and become a new addition to the music scene."

Currently running in multiple cities across the globe, the showcase has featured Phoebe Snow, Norah Jones, Paula Cole, Lari White, and hundreds of other talented local and regional female artists. Music lovers can catch the up and coming as well as the seasoned pros at CSN in Music City, as well as Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, Las Vegas, New York, Hawaii, and Stockholm, among other cities.
